Elaiones (Groves) is a representative Cretan extra virgin olive oil from selected, traditionally cultivated olive groves in the area of Heraklion. It is strictly single variental, from the famous Koroneiki variety
that offers, from antiquity, one of the finest olive oils worldwide.

The collection of the olives is around mid-November, takes special care,without damaging the tree or the fruit and within few hours follows the pressing and “cold extraction” of oil. The result is a crystal clear, golden olive oil, perfectly balanced with rich, fruity flavor and low acidity.
